CONTROLS AND ELECTRONICS:
Controls and electronics are excellent - MACO 6500 control; clamp movement, transport movement and 
blowpin movement are all closed loop proportional control with Vickers valving.  Positions, ramping, 
acel/decel and speeds are packaged and adjustable in the Maco system on the screens! (NO servo 
amplifiers or trim pots mounted on the control cabinets).  Ladder logic, and screens are flexible, 
on discs, and the editing software is also available. 4-channel (for dual heads), time based, 100 pin
parison programming is also included integrated in the MACO system.  The time based programming is 
automatically self-correcting using the timing from the cut/prepinch device close to the device close 
on the next cycle.  Timers, positions and speeds are sorted on screens for right and left side individual 
adjustment and ease of single-sided operation and set-up.  Operation is selectable on the machine monitor 
screen for on/off RH side, on/off LH side, DUAL sided and dry cycle.  Combined and individual side cycle 
time is also displayed every cycle.

Standard Production Capabilities
- Produce 4-up offset neck (F-style) 4-liter handleware containers such as anti-freeze 
  or industrial round bottles with an currently installed 2-parison head configuration. 
  The optional 2-parison head is a Model S2/120-250 having a 120 mm maximum die diameter 
  on 250 mm centers and is a "Torpedo style" polyethylene head for close tolerance wall 
  thickness distribution.

Optional Production Capabilities
- Produce 2-up center neck 10-liter containers or produce 2-up offset neck (F-style) 
  6-liter handleware containers with an optionally available single parison head.
  The single parison head is a Model S1/120 with 120mm maximum die diameter and is a
  "Torpedo style" polyethylene head for close tolerance wall thickness distribution.

- Produce 6-up half gallon (2 liter) center neck handleware containers for products such 
  as vegetable oil with an optionally available 3-parison head. The optional 3-parison 
  head is a Model S3/60-150 having a 60 mm maximum die diameter on 150 mm centers and is 
  a "Torpedo style" polyethylene head for close tolerance wall thickness distribution.

- Produce 8-up 1-liter offset neck containers with an optionally available 4-parison head. 
  This optional 4-parison head is a Model S4/35-125 having a 35mm maximum die diameter on 
  125 mm centers and is a "Torpedo style" polyethylene head for close tolerance wall 
  thickness distribution.

- Produce 10-up 1-liter center neck containers with an optional 5-parison head. This optionally 
  available 5-parison head is a Model S5/35-110 having a 35mm maximum die diameter on 110 mm 
  centers and is a "Torpedo style" polyethylene head for close tolerance wall thickness 
  distribution.
